Cool idea, but I think too much is going on, with the glow + filmstrip + squares. Maybe try bring it back to something a bit more stylised/simple? Also, the filmstrip seems to kinda have a 'pinch' in it at the top. Also, the dark Halcyon Digital text on black is hard to read.

Alright, I'll fix it up, make it flatter.

The glow/light was actually intended to be more of a background prop, not actually part of the logo...
