I like this one (MOD-B) better, because it looks more dramatic with the exploding particles. I love the idea that the "pa" is a finger swiping on the screen. It's awesome.

But the text still doesn't match the "pa" symbol text... for example, the "a" on "apps" does not match the "a" in the "pa" finger symbol. I like the "a" in the finger, but the text below should change to match.

Also my business partner wants it to look more metalic and shiny like these logos:

In the above modification, I moved the top symbol to the left, and rounded the "p" in "posh" and the "a" in "apps", but I still want a more beautiful, metallic version. I love your concept.

I just did some tests with people and they could not see that it was supposed to be a finger swiping on a touch screen... can you make it more obvious that it is a finger swiping on a touch screen? And it needs to look a bit more beautiful to win... it's really close.

That is so cool! Can you move the symbol to the left a little, I think it currently looks a bit heavy on the right side. Also the square particles look great -- can we enhance them a bit? Maybe you could make them have rounded edges like iphone apps appear. Or make them pull or crack parts of the p? Also I would like the text on the bottom to match the "pa" symbol on the top a bit better. I like the colors.
