I think that I would not agreed with you about Fancy look, for me is simply nice & clean...
As for the extensive branding, I don't know why it could be a general problem.
I notice that you feel comfortable with my design, but I also see that You'r not satisfied, yet!

Yes looks nice. I'm just thinking if its too fancy? as I will need a bold image to help in extensive branding.

Maybe if you have more ideas please post but you can also maintain this art.
