I like this design. As a another version, would it be possible to make the right hand end of the T, and the bottoms of the C and L, into a point that would depict movement and direction? Also, can you create a version whet the words "The Leadership" are in lower case and smaller and "Connection" is in the larger, all cap design? Thx
