Hello - thank you for being willing to modify the design a bit. We would like to remove the TLC in the logo, but retain the line. Also, can we stack the three words vertically? If possible, we would also like to make the two words, Leadership Connection, a bit more prominent than the word "the". Finally, is there any way to make the top and bottom 'swooshes' pointed at the end, so that they look a bit like arrows? Please let me know if any of this is too difficult to accomplish. Thank you.
