Hi DesignVektor, your logo is very nice because of the shinny over the log and the sophistication over it. The logo however has something that we may get an improvement but I can`t say precisely (maybe the face in a circle, or a combination of several faces one over the other to represent family, etc).
The reflections over the logo is very nice for the web but for printing we may need a slight variation on it.
